About Everdell Hall

We are located 10 km south of Rocky on the Everdell road (range road 73) just before the bridge that crosses the Prairie creek on the east side of the road.

After completing our renovations we have given our hall a fresh look. It is an integral part of the community for keeping us connected, and involved in each others lives. Not only for our local events, but for weddings to reunions, the halls serves a vital role in the community, and beyond.


The hall has a large number of amenities for your function. Including:

  • A non-fixed seating capacity of 250 people

  • Fixed seating of 180

  • A large hardwood dance floor

  • A stage with power

  • A commercial kitchen

  • Renovated washrooms

  • Specific bar area

  • Ample parking for vehicles and motor-homes (no hookups).


We also have horseshoe pits and a fire pit with outdoor shelter to make your function entertaining and enjoyable for the entire family.

With your rental you have access to the following:

  • Hall dimensions = 40'x80'x14'

  • 20 rectangular tables (2 1/2' x 6') seats 6

    • ​​Table is 6' L x 2' W x 29.5 " H

  • 3 large buffet tables (3' x 8')​

  • 225 padded chairs

    • ​Chairs 20.5" W x 31.5"H  seat is 18.5" x 18"

  • Use of the bar area, includes 1 cooler

    • (no pop dispenser, need to bring bottles)

  • Multi-dimmable lights in main hall area

  • Wine glasses, water goblets and water carafas available for rent at additional cost

  • No projector available

  • Freezer for ice

  • Microwave

  • Two 100 cup coffee makers

  • Kitchen that includes:

    • Two wall ovens

    • Gas stove with six burners and electric convection oven

    • Large free-standing commercial sink

    • Large three door commercial cooler

    • One fridge

    • One dishwasher

    • Use of cutlery, pots, pans and cooking utensils.

      • Plates and glasses not included.

    • Access to all unlocked, which include:

      • serving dishes, salt and peppers, etc.​

  • Port-o-potty for campers and motor home
